We truly enjoyed this perfect hotel and stayed here for 2 nights. the place had a quiet atmosphere. - Got a nice size, huge room with breathtaking views of Lamu town and fans. - the breakfast was traditional and we tasted refreshing drinks. - the location was marvelous to the “main shopping street”, close to an upmarket gallery.

Exceptionally comfortable hotel, staff were PATIENT and the location was beautiful to everything Lamu has to offer. The room was nicely decorated and airy with a shower, complimentary toiletries, and bath sheets in the private bathroom. The venue was located in the middle of the city.

The hotel has airy rooms in an atmospheric area, close to the main shopping street. A wide range of goodies available for breakfast. - Stunning and wonderful location, within walking distance of everywhere. - Close to Old Town Art & Crafts and other tourist attractions.
Overall, I had a very lovely stay with no complaints at all.

It was an incredible experience! The staff went above and beyond, giving us personalized recommendations and even taking us to the chemist. The chef is a true culinary genius, creating mouth-watering dishes that left us speechless. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything. The decor was enchanting, and the staff were patient and accommodating. The meals were delicious, especially the Swahili-style dishes. The patio was perfect for stargazing. The owner and the team were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The fresh crab dinner was a must-try. The welcome with cold towels and fresh juice was a delightful surprise. We felt like the only guests in the whole house. We can't wait to return!

The ambiance of the old building with lots of character and high standard decorations. Easy access to the harbour for exploring Lamu. Incredibly accommodating staff. Personalized service for special requests like champagne and birthday cake. Spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. Excellent dinner with a highly recommended fresh crab dish. An oasis-like feel and friendly host, Mr Safari, who goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. the chef, Abu, prepares outstanding meals, ranging from fancy dishes to street food.
Felt immediately at home, nothing to complain about.

the spacious suite had a patio with a stunning view of the water. the staff was extremely attentive, providing lovely touches like fresh flowers in the room each morning. the food prepared by the chef was absolutely spectacular. the house had a peaceful atmosphere, yet it was conveniently located in the middle of town, allowing for easy access to everything.

Our stay at this amazing place was incredible! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of.
